Kutaisi Bus Station

In Kutaisi, Georgia, there is one of my favourite street foods anywhere on earth. It’s called a “Hamburgeri”, which is funny, because it’s nothing like a hamburger.
Apparently unique to Kutaisi, I can’t find anything about them on the web, so if anyone out there can give me a recipe, I will shower them in gratitude.
What I can make out: it’s a couple of short skinless kupati (or hotdogs) surrounded by spiced shortgrain rice (something like Sarma/dolma filling: as far as I could tell, cumin, paprika, onions, chili, and a lot of garlic) inside a savoury doughnut with a sweet tomato sauce, fresh onions, and coriander on top.
